thirty today

that’s it! i am with an older man! a man in his 30’s!!!!!! 🙂 haha. ok, only for 5 months, but still. he has been dreading turning 30. i don’t know why. i find it rather exciting. something so mysterious about our 30’s… like we should do things different or know better than we did in our 20’s. does that even make sense? oh well. so it’s official. he is 30 today. the big three-oh. i couldn’t be prouder to have spent my last 10 years with this guy. the father of my children, my best friend who makes me laugh more than anyone, the coziest in the world. and he looks gooooooood, doesn’t he?! 🙂

we have our little growing family among us who can honestly, drive us nuts sometimes. just this morning, each child had their own unique crying tantrum/drama performance. chris and i just looked at each other and smiled. knowing that they are insane. lol. no, knowing that me and him are the team in charge of these guys. and i could not think of a better feeling. knowing he is on my team. knowing that it is me and him- together- at everything. that gives me such comfort.
