little dude came home today very sad. today in PE they asked them to skip and he could not. i didn’t realize that my boy does not know how to skip. i don’t remember ever teaching the others how to skip. i don’t know why caleb has never skipped a day in his life. maybe he has much more important things to do….than skip. 🙂 (older pic with older lens of happy boy– this is not how he looked today…lol)
in other parenting news… this one is teething. see how she sorta has that bottom lip in?
she’s quite the resourceful little gal.. she sucks on it to soothe her gums. at least, i think that’s what she’s doing. she hasn’t been too fussy.. a bit when it’s time to sleep but overall not as hellish as i remember teething to be. 🙂 like the sheet wrinkle marks on her face? she just had a good sleep. yay!

you made me laugh! My daughter couldn’t skip right either. She had been taking Irish dance lessons and did more of that kind of a skip. Her teacher sure made us feel like losers. Every time I see that teacher I feel like telling her that she turned out okay!

When I was in first grade we had PE tests – the only thing I couldn’t do was skip. Hey, it didn’t matter. I grew up to be really athletic, ha. :o)

Oh my gosh, to this day my mom still talks about how I flunked skipping on my kindergarten entry test. She couldn’t believe I didn’t know how to skip either!
