what’s a feed?

first off, thanks to Rachel L. for the great feedburner tip!  for your efforts a Starbucks giftcard is heading your way.

this little section will soon be going down and we’ll be posting updates on the side of the blog.  still cumbersome, but not quite so obtrusive.  but of course the best way to be alerted to updates will be to sign up for our feed (for all those that have missed jamie’s giveaways in the past, now you’ll know as soon as the contests go up.)

a few of you emailed asking…what is a feed?  easiest way to explain, it’s a way for you to know when this, or any blog has been updated.  if you visit a lot of blogs, it’s a good way to bring them to you when content is updated, instead of you having to go look for them…
