for all the encouragement.. unfortunately we are in a small town that doesnt have a best buy or a camera store or anything like that here.. we are holding out hope for monday when we go to rome.
although we had an AMAZING time today and had a full battery today so if this is all i get for the whole trip, i will be okay. i think.

  1. If your camera is anything like mine, a full charge lasts for weeks……so I’ll be hoping that for you guys! Glad to hear you are having fun!!!!!

    can you at least buy a disposable point and shoot and just have fun with that? or several of them if you take lots of pictures?! i wish you luck!!!!

  7. If you can’t find a charger in Rome, then just find a camera shop and buy a small point and shoot (gasp!) so you can take some pictures. It won’t be the same but something is better than nothing right? 🙂

  8. I just went on a cruise for a week and was surprised that my camera charge lasted all week and could still go for a few days of use! Hopefully it holds out for you! Crossing my fingers that you can buy one soon! That would be a good thing to have two of…note to self! Leave one in the bag and one at home!

  9. a tip to get the battery to last just a tiny bit longer, get the touchpoints (the silver bits) a tiny bit wet…
    SO SORRY-i would feel sick too!
