usually in the summer, i feel like we have hours upon hours of 'nothing to do' time.. this summer has been different! we have been on the go go go! this one has been busy with cheerleading camp, mucho sleepovers and babysitting…
these guys (my boys and their cousins) have had like 10 playdates in a row! my SIL was in town so they played all day/night long.. been busy with day camp and summer school. but now the cousins are done (wah) and this is the last week of summer school, before soccer camp and another church camp starts for cameron.
and this one has been busy– trying to keep up with everyone above. 🙂 she managed magnificently.. when they ran around the house with swords, so did she.. when they dressed up in costumes, so did she.. when they took off their shirts and ran in the sprinklers, so did she.. when they sang and performed at church, so did she… she is SUCH the little sister.. there's something that totally gets me about a little girl with older brothers to follow 🙂
my 10 day playdate with my SIL is now over too.. 😦 so i am catching up on assignments and editing. and in totally unrelated news.. this came to an end this weekend. i don't think i have ever followed a cartoon like this since i was 10. everyone in my family loves it -from elsie (2) to the boys and kira (13!) and chris and i…. i just can't believe it's over. i loooooooooove avatar. it's so good. i even saw batman last night.. that didn't come close to my appreciation for avatar 🙂 i know, major dork 🙂
off to cook dinner.. which i've also had a major break from for a few weeks 🙂

YES! Another female who loves Avatar as much as I do! My dh and I stayed home Sat night just to watch the last one. I’m so sad it’s over but loved the ending!

Oh we love Avatar in this house too! Here in Australia we’re way behind and season three hasn’t started yet. We always buy it from the US when the whole season is out anyway. Hopefully we don’t have to wait too much longer!

i thought i was going to break the avatar news to my boys (6 & 8) and have some tears to wipe. they proved me wrong by replying “yaaa mom they already had the last one” guess i am out of the avatar loop!

Love the pictures. The boys all together with their playdates. Kira looks beautiful and “little” (man she sure grows fast) Elsie looks really cute and she’s definitly up to something 😉

So i heard that they are going to have a continuation for avatar! MY family..HUGE avatar peeps…and my mom was online in an avatar chat room…(YES WE ARE ALL THIS CRAZY ABOUT AVATAR) and read that they are going to “explore” zuko’s search for his mother. anyway..love your blog! I stalk you often!
