hello

new garden up at 2p today!Digielf
did a digi layout this time around with one of my favorite pictures ever! i've been slacking when it comes to blogging and have been thinking long and hard about whether i should even continue to pay 9.00 a month for a few measley entries. i have been blogging for over 5 years, that's a good chunk of time! i've been looking into turning it into a book, i'd love to have it all bound and pretty for me to hold. i haven't made up my mind yet, i think being in the middle of wedding season and summer, it makes it harder for me to blog consistently. also with facebook and twitter, it's so much easier to post one sentence about my day than a whole blog post, with pictures! hoping that when the kids go back to school, i'll have more time to rediscover my love of blogging. we shall see!

  1. If you stop blogging, where will I turn to for sure- not- to- fail scrapbooking inspiration? And for the everydayness of your blogs?! Just beautiful layout by the way.

  2. I know how you feel. I keep debating about stopping too. but you can always use blogger.com and it’s FREE! that way you won’t feel guilty about it and we can still see pix & layouts…
I am so glad I blog because there are at least 3-5 posts with stuff I would forget per month that I print out to put in a book for my girlies…especially on their birthdays , our anniversary & things where I get sentimental and write a lot…I would love to do my most favorite posts, the ones with lots to tell about their personalities with photos into a book.
    keep blogging please!

Summer is a fickle time for everyone regarding the things we think we should do. Think of the next three seasons to come. The book is an awesome idea!!!!

  8. well sweet-heart, not every one is on facebook, and although I may be signed up on twitter, I admit to not really following along much, because it’s a time-eater. so i do rely on your blog to hear your goings on. I do agree though, that the cost for the few posts is not-so-good. maybe consider a free blogging platform instead???
